Deleting your account

You can delete your Tall-O account yourself, from inside the app. You do not need to contact us and you do not need to ask permission.

Delete it from the app

1. Open Tall-O and sign in.
2. Tap your initial in the top-left corner to open Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Read the confirmation, then tap Delete my account.

Deletion happens immediately. You are signed out on the spot, and the data held on your device is cleared with it.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address, and password hash.
• Your growth profile: date of birth, sex, your height and your parents' heights, activity level, flexibility and sleep baseline.
• Every entry you recorded: height measurements, completed tasks, meals, water, and sleep.
• Your achievements and streaks.
• Your full chat history with Joey, and the notes Joey kept about you.
• Any Google, Apple or TikTok sign-in linked to the account.
• Any pending password reset codes and sign-in sessions.

Posture photos are never uploaded, so there is nothing on our side to delete. They live only on your device and go when you delete them or remove the app.

What is kept

Posts and comments you wrote in the community stay published, with your name removed and replaced by "Deleted account". This keeps threads other people are still reading readable. The post text itself is whatever you wrote — if you would rather it were gone, delete it before you delete your account, or email us and we will remove it.

Your subscription is separate

A Tall-O Pro subscription is billed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. Deleting your Tall-O account does not cancel it. Cancel the subscription in your store account first:

• iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.

If you cannot reach the app

If you have lost access to your account and cannot sign in, email support@onetallo.com from the address on the account. We will verify that it is yours and delete it for you within 30 days.
